The front desk staff were perfect - very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clear and very comfortable, just what we needed for our romantic escape. The key location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Plus, we really enjoyed the additional advantage of having a variety of dining options within walking distance.
The breakfast was a disaster! It was supposed to be ready at 6:30, but some food wasn't prepared until 7 am.

The location may not be convenient for those wanting to explore the city. the in-room breakfast service may not be so efficient, and guests may find themselves waiting for long periods.

They provided excellent service and made us feel welcome. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. the hotel had a variety of facilities that added to our comfort and enjoyment.
The language barrier was a bit of an issue during breakfast. the staff were not fluent in English, which made it difficult to communicate and get the necessary assistance.
